things seems fine to me, though you can try changing the order of starting
the openSMPP. to my knowledge it should be bearerBox , smsBox, sqlBox ,
smppBox (in order)
1) run bearerbox --> smskannel.conf (server side)
2) run smsbox --> smskannel.conf (server side)
3) run smppbox --> opensmppbox
