I did not find anything specific to 2.1.0 to 2.1.1. So I followed the steps
above and it seems to be working fine till now!

1. Download and extract Kafka latest version from
https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi?path=/kafka/2.1.1/kafka_2.12-2.1.1.tgz
2. Copy server.
