Apache 2.4.12. netstat -nlp does not show apache SSL listening. I have a
self-signed cert for testing purposes and my SSL virtualhost points to that crt
and key. The listen file:
Listen 80
Listen 443
mod_ssl is loaded. Trying to upgrade from 2.2.x
