Hi,
We've currently moved from 2.0 to 2.2 and have noticed a difference in
out .htaccess files under the two.
We use mod_auth(nz)_external on both and ahve a user and group auth
program to authenticate/authorise.

I sent the message below to the Subversion Users list first but I
didn't get a single reply. I'm hoping somebody here might be able to
help out even though it seems more of a Subversion issue.
I'm running Subversion behind Apache. I've created a setup where HTTP
allows anonymous, read-only access
I really want to create a re-locatable package.
Using 'objdump -p httpd' it shows that the run path RPATH includes
/usr/lib64

Is there
I used the Apache 2.2.6 package from SunFreeware to upgrade various
Sparc servers running Solaris 8 and 9. However this package does not
include mod_auth_ldap which is needed for a few of the sites. I've
Googled and only turned up a lot of pages detailing compiling problems.
I have not compi
I would trust more an Apache version that you compiled yourself, since
this guarantees you have all dependencies installed.
The online building documentation is good:

So we are running into a tricky URL rewriting situation and were not
even sure Apache can do it. We have jim.domain.com and we want it to
pull from www.otherdomain.com/users/jim without changing domain.com to
otherdomain.com, so URL masking basically but across domains.

I found it. The issue was in PHP, specifically in eAccelerator module,
after turning it off - things started to work.
