I have found the way to use cronolog to do it.

Sure.
You can get the instruction from www.cronolog.org.
The basic idea is to redirect the log output to cronolog and it will log it
into a file with the name format you give to it.

Yes. I have very good experience with cronolog
(http://www.cronolog.org) on multiple sites.
