What do you mean by "it doesnt work" ?
Have you checked your logs, to see (for instance) if Apache is fetching
files from the wrong root?

The one with *:80 in NameVirtualHost AND is the right
configuration. Don't screw with anything else.
The most common cause for request
I have a ProxyPass inside VirtualHost for server2 and it
doesn't use the configuration.
