The problem is that the users move around so I thought to make a script
to update the client list in the /freeradius/client.conf and restart the
services, of course the problem is that the service will restart every
2sec because I have a lots of client connecting.

I'm not sure I fully understand the question but the DynDNS service does not
have to be supported by your router(s). You can also run a client
application on a behind-the-scenes server that will update the DNS mapping
if the internet/real IP changes for that server...assuming the outbound
traffic

I have 5 AP to control, but they all use dynamic IP, there is any way to
allow all NAS IP no mather if they change, every time the IP change I
have to drive to the AP to find the new IP to added to my server.
