I would like to install WordPress on an external USB drive connected to my
local Windows 11 workstation so I can design and try out new websites
without immediately posting to an online and public hosting service.
To that end, I installed XAMPP on the above-mentioned hard drive and nee
Apache 2.4.10. I am having 1 heck of a time getting 2.4.10 working. Now, apache
is not starting:
sudo systemctl start apache2.service
Job for apache2.service failed. See "systemctl status apache2.service" and
"journalctl -xn" for details.
