Below is our scenario.
Apache ->SAP WEB Dispatcher -->SAP Portal.
Reverse proxy is working fine except that when error occurs it returns
hostname of Portal in error message e.g . particular service is not active on
SAP_Portal_host.
This error is the message returned by the port
