To answer you question, no I was not. I did a search for mod_ssl.so and
I found it in /usr/lib/apache2 when I looked in httpd.conf however,
there was no reference to it. I also found reference to it in
loadmodule.conf under /etc/apache2 the line is:
LoadModule ssl_module
