there any easy way to block all International (non-USA) IP addresses
via an .htaccess file?

If the UserAgent is not ABCD, and the request is for either /dir1/ or
/dir1-test/ then it should be rewritten to /dir1/info/
The idea is that only UAs of ABCD should get served the index file in
/dir1/ or /dir1-te

I need to set up a server that will allow me to use www.domain.co.za as well as www.name.domain.co.za and name.domain.co.za.
Which files do I edit and how do I go about setting this up.
The server currently only recognizes www.domain.co.za
and domain.co.za.
