We are using Apache 2.2. On a Dual Processor and Powerful Server. We are hosting about 700-800 websites on this box. Everynight at 01:00 am we run awstats (log analyzer) to create reports for the websites, at that time, the cronjob stop's the apache and copies some files, and start's it again, bu
