I've done a little googling and found at least a couple references to
httpd not supporting http/3 protocol.
Does anyone know if/when the support might be included?

Is there a way to limit the amount of RAM being used without reducing
the number of servers/processes? Or is apache designed to just take as
must memory as it can and hold on to it?
