an OpenSuSE LEAP 15.1 server and have installed Apache2 2.4.33, PHP,
Perl, ImageMagick, and more. My PHP software successfully reads images
in the filesystem and generates thumbnails and displays its index page,

What do you mean ?
Do you say about port forwarding on router/firewall ?
But inside the local network, I think the port forwarding is not necessary
and it doesnt work in this case soon, I cant connect on webapp (its ok
only with localhost now)
