[users@httpd] Apache 2.4.33 download data size limit to 124MB

Hello, We identified an issue with Apache 2.4 that seems to be a regression compared to 2.2. Any binary data stream will be truncated to 124MB on a low bandwidth of 100Mpbs. Is there any known workaround, configuration change? Why do we have this limit? Thank you, Silvia
