Hi, this is a known issue with 2.4.23. It was fixed in the github version of
the module since v1.5.12 and is also fixed in the Apache subversion repository
(trunk and 2.4.x).

What do you mean by “non-canonical domain”? Do you mean something in the
ServerAlias?
I mean canonical from user/marketing point of view. These days if you
have, say, www.theregister.co.uk, theregister.co.uk,
