I wonder why would the setting SSLCertificateChainFile even exist if you
can get away with option 2?

I had 2 options
Option 1:
We can configure SSLCertificateFile (EE file) and SSLCertificateChainFile (CA
Chain)
Option 2:
We can configure SSLCertificateFile (EE+CA Chain)
When we tested we found that Option 1 worked and O
Thanks for the quick response. I think this will work for at least some of the
REST clients, but we do have a handful of clients that do not accept cookies.
In the worst case, I suppose we'll just need to push an update to these clients
so that they become cookie-aware.

place a given worker into the Err state for "retry=" seconds.
