I have Apache 2.2 installed on a Windows web server. Security wants me to upgrade to OpenSSL 0.9.8s to fix a security bug in OpenSSL 0.9.8r. I downloaded openssl-0.9.8s.tar.gz but don't know how to install it and can't find any instructions online. Anyone know how to do this, or does anyone
