However, this client will always send its web service posts to
http://someplace:port/SERVICES o
This issue impacts all index.html, index.php, index.shtml, etc files even
the "homepage." For example:
This is cached: http://www.mycompany.com/index.php
This *is not* cached: http://www.mycompany.com/
