The access rights on the folder were not correct. Hance it was not able to upload the file. Sorry for taking up so much time on the forum for a stupid problem.

resolving to isnt going to be the IP address of your local machine (just

httpd.conf seems to be in order. when i look at http://zack.radpages.com/index.html
i get a page from my webalias provider that says the service is unavailable at
the present time. im not sure why this is, since i can use zack.radpages.com to

Hello, I would just like to say thanks to all that have given advice on how
to fix my problem. With some help from you guys and some friends the problem
is resolved. I had to put the php.ini file in my c:\windows instead of
c:\windows\system32. Thanks again.
