Hello all,
Is there a way to hide the 'header' and 'footer' when printing?
We use papers on which the 'header' and 'footer' are already printed.
However, we want the header/footer in PDF documents that are generated
to be shared with people.
We are wondering how to do this with LibreOffice.

Hi :)
Windows? Which web-browser? Firefox or InternetExplorer? Use the
Tools - Settings/Preferences
and hunt around to clear your browsing cache, history, temp folders and stuff.
Then reboot the machine and try again.
Good luck and regards from

Are you sure you did not assign a macro to this key?

Hi :)
There is no need to use the ".docx" or ".doc" formats anymore. The ".doc" has
often been responsible for spreading macro-viruses and things although you wont
get those from a LibreOffice or OpenOffice origin. The ".odt" format is much
safer.
MS Office 2007 & 2010 can open and edit ".od
