I still have a fair bit of work to create more generalized
cloud-set-guest-password/sshkey and userdata scripts that will behave as
expected regardless of the *N?X used (I'm starting some work to get this
playbook working on FreeBSD) but the idea I'm running with is to have
these scripts

Newer cloud-init versions have support for CloudStacks' password server,
but only applies it on the first boot.
This is bad if you want to reset the password later.
I've normally run the password reset script under the per-boot section of
cloud-init, but since cloud-init now requests the password
