The usage server is unable to find the 'key' file, make sure to create a
symlink to the key file. Are you trying to run the usage server on a server
that does not have management server installed? If that's the case, you'll need
to copy the key and db.properties file from the managemen
Ugo - what do you have listed under /etc/cloudstack/usage ?
You should see these symbolic links:
