yes it is. Despite we don't develop actively now because of no spare
engineers - bugs are being fixed and we develop small functions when have

image, I was not able to start a container with 1.0.7, but the very same
command works with 1.0.6.

redirect to another css based on cloudtack3.css
In 4.6 there is an empty custom.css which will be loaded after
cloudstack3.css so any style can be overwritten easily by serving a
custom.css

Yep - and several people do.
In the 2.2.x versions we used to have a document on doing so, but
things as simple as changing a logo should be relatively obvious.
