It sounds like you are talking about more the Citrix CloudPlatform upgrade
path.

Personally I would suggest brining up your CentOS at the same time as
there are going to be a number of patches
We are currently using Cloudstack 2.2.13 and CentOS 6.1 running on KVM
in the advanced networking configuration. We would like to move our
production platform to 3.0.6
My understanding is that we need to upgrade from 2.2.13 to 2.2.14, after
this upgrade do we have to upgrade to 3.0.2 than to 3.
