Upgrade Java 8 for ActiveMQ 5.15

Hi Hishamudin- No, there are no known specific changes needed for a JDK 8 point release upgrade for 5.15.x. The upgrade should be straight-forward. Please note that ActiveMQ 5.15.x is no longer actively supported by the Apache community. It is recommended to upgrade to ActiveMQ 6.x (or 5.18.x

Any idea on why the cluster name would be a concatenation of 2 cluster IDs
