Unfortunately, SMB/CIFS is _not_ a supported filesystem for shared file locker.
The locking semantics in that filesystem are not reliable.
A couple alternatives:
1. NFS v4.x
2. Use VM volumes that are made redundant by a hypervisor
3. Deploy to Linux and NFS v4.x
4. Deploy to Kube

We have a Master/Slave config with Classic ActiveMQ flavor. Our 2 servers share
the same KahaDB (NFS/SMB).
Since we upgrade the OS from windows server 2016 to Win Server 2019, We noticed
