I installed the Hawtio chrome plugin. I'm able to access the following URL
running AMQ 5.9.1:
http://localhost:8161/api/jolokia
This is what is rendered in chrome:
{"timestamp":1406323273,"status":200,"request":{"type":"version"},"value":{"protocol":"7.0","agent":"1.1.5","info":{"product":"jett
Thanks for the reference - I've made the edits; they should be reflected on
the website soon.

Check out the message boards if you are interested. Bugs in HawtIO were not the

or unstable, etc).
What are the reasons for the removal of hawtio?
Thanks,

Alternatively, you can use HawtIO as a Chrome Extension which will allow
you to connect to any remote broker since 5.8.0 release. See
http://hawt.io/getstarted/index.html for more info.

I am sorry this has caused you trouble...
Hawtio was removed from ActiveMQ's distribution. There are no plans at this
stage to reintroduce it.
You can look to deploy it separately.
There has been a lot of attention to the console, including bug fixed and
improvements to the existing console.

Let me preface this post with saying that I am not a developer and don't
know the specifics of how activemq works. That being said, I have been
tasked to update our activemq version that we have running in the lab. I
have successfully done so, however I am unable to pull up the hawtio
