The archiving mechanism changed a year or so ago. The release process
also changed actually.
Releases 5.9.1 and later are actually archived here [1]. There are, of
course, non-authoritative copies in maven central.

5.10.0, 5.10.1, and 5.11.0 are similarly missing from that archive, though
5.10.2 and 5.11.1 are in the current mirror. Is the release process no
longer to archive the old version in the archive mirror referenced by
Victor?
