Does someone know the answer to this? I haven't been able to find anything
for configuring sendFailIfNoSpace at the Destination level (specific queues
in particular for me).
If it does not exist, and someone can explain why (e.g. how it's not
appropriate) that would also help my understanding

Well, we've figured this out so I'll record it here for posterity.
Our master/slave setup was incorrectly configured.
Originally our architecture was going to have two clusters that talked to
