Ok. I just ran activemq in foreground (with console option), while I got my jar
file under the lib. The attached file is what it spitted out. I cannot see any
error or warning as such and everything seems to be working. But there is no
logging to data/activemq.log.

Hi again,
I just downloaded 5.8.0 and experienced the same problem. You may easily
reproduce the problem by just copying a third party jar under the lib and
restart activemq. Logging stops. Remove the jar, then you get logging back.
The jar I'm using depends only on camel.

ns in the
activemq.xml which invokes the class in the jar.
Apart from logging everything runs without any problem.
I appreciate any help.

always against the master, which is correct.
I wonder if anyone else have experienced the same behavior?

Suppose you have already scheduled a message to be delivered in an hour from
now, using the schedulerSupport feature. But for some reason you decide to
consume the message earlier. Is there any way to pick up the message even if
it is already scheduled?!
