Hello Jeff Thanks a lot for prompt reply. I resolved the problem of Kernel-panic. Problem was I'm using busybox utility (which also includes init) in UML kernel and by mistake I compiled busybox as 64bit executable. I was using 32bit UML kernel, which can't run 64bit busybox. Regards, Vishal Son
