Since you seem to have IPv6 module loaded, and IPv6 addresses in your ifconfig output, but your ifconfig won't add it. If your 'ifconfig' from busybox? Maybe it is too limited to do the work. You mention WRT, which is why I suspect ifconfig is really at fault. But, your ifconfig line seems wrong
