The host kernel is 2.4.28+skas. The UML kernel is 2.4.26. Fragmented packets
work most of the time. Only when there is a burst of UDP going into the UML
host, fragmented or non-fragmented, are packets lost.

How old are they? On <= 2.6.9 there was a UDP checksum problem with fragmented
packets... (guess on 2.4 this hasn't happened but I'm not too sure).

i've set up an uml-machine with hostfs support, which I can confirm via
cat /proc/filesystems. When trying to mount the hosts filesystem via
mount none /mnt/host -t hostfs
I do not get any message but I cannot see any data of the hosts / in the
folder /mnt/host in the uml. when trying
