If I get a kernel-sourcecode-2.6.10-1.12_FC2.noarch.rpm
how to modify the kernel.spec to apply the patch ?

When compiling, I first ran into the problem of "RAX" and "ORIG_RAX"
being undeclared in "arch/um/include/sysdep-x86_64/ptrace_user.h".
