Turned out to be because I had the static link UML compile option
turned on (I found the problem report in the mailing list).
Now the guest starts up then just freezes / does nothing at
"Initializing stdio console driver"

Hi,
I nievely took an image of the root partition from one of my FC2 servers
and tried to boot it under UML. I can't seem to get it past mounting the
root partition in read-only mode. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
Host: FC2 2.6.5-1.358, I've compiled a 2.6.9 kernel plus

Our tablets are only equal regular pills but they
