Not working for me... Still the same... I generated the key using the tool and
copied to public, but no luck. Any ideas?

Copying the key from author to public did not work for me. Generating a new one
using the tool and copying that to public, however, worked. No restart
necessary.

I got like the same issue. I proceded copying the publicKey from author to
public but still the same problem. Using magnolia 5.2.2 CE
