Has anyone run across this issue?
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: Can't get definitions factory from
context.
I realize the app can not locate the tiles-defs.xml but nit sure why. I
have never really had this problem before.
My Struts-Config.xml plug-in section looks like

Filters are a good way of extending an existing application without
having to recompile or rewrite code.
I often use them.
