The fix to Bugzilla Bug #26788 necessitated changing the marginheight
and marginwidth properties from int primitives to Integer objects so
that the tag could correctly distinguish between "0" values and
undefined values:

Hi,
We've just begun migrating to struts 1.2.4 on our dev boxes
and the process has mostly been smooth. There is one very
worrying bug however. Most pages with a struts frame tag in
have started breaking for no apparent reason. The jsp is
usually something like
