I have the same problem using Sun Java System Application Server 9.1_02
Any suggestion to solve this problem?

This does happen on JBoss 4.0.5 with Tomcat 5.5.20 (Liferay 5.x)
And this does happen too on Pluto 1.1.5 with Tomcat 6.0.13.
