LookUpDispatchAction problem with 'bestätigen' button name

Hi, We've got a big problem with Struts 1.2 internationalization. When we change the Locale to German the Confirm button is called bestätigen. The ä character is not getting converted properly by Struts and we get the error 'HTTP Status 400 - Request[/saveR] does not contain handler param
