I've add the following line to $SPARK_HOME/conf/spark-env.sh
export SPARK_DAEMON_JAVA_OPTS="-Dspark.deploy.recoveryMode=ZOOKEEPER
-Dspark.deploy.zookeeper.url=zk1:21
