Drop view taking more time

Hi, There are around 4000k tables and views in phoenix when a specific view/table is dropped, its taking more time to drop. Is there any specific reason why it takes so much time for dropping? Thanks Aravind

TO_DATE function fails in Phoenix 4.3.1
