Actually "notinited" page was created to show something to the user even
while OM internal were not fully inited (beans,
...i had the same problem at a concret OS that
now don´t remember, and solved by deleting a log
folder at /home/user/ of an old OM installation,
also deleting a file called omdb.mv.db found
at the same path.
Could be another log folder at /opt, it depend
the OS. Would be good delete also.
