i wiped the installation. Now I am on 5.1.0 #145 the error is not
reproducable ...

I guess the problem is in this line: "no more OS threads"
I guess this is related to system limits
check your limits with `ulimit -a`
and ensure you have high enough "open files" and "max user processes"
BTW I never saw error like this before
