AFAIK h263 is not supported by WebRTC
Codecs can be configured at server side
/etc/kurento/modules/kurento/SdpEndpoint.conf.json
Later on Browser and server will choose common for both codecs during
negotiation phase
so I see no way to "force" any codec
You only can made them available

appears flash.video.codec = h263
Why is this the default value, OM works better with h263? or can h264 be
placed and work better? OM does not support H265 in flash.video.codec?
