That means that it is a bandwidth issue?. The problem with Medium quality
is that the screen is smaller. Is it possible to reduce the screen quality
without reduce the screen size?, like reducing the definition.

Yes, server + 2 clients on same LAN. One client is the notebook that has
the VM running. The CPU and Ram of both clients are normal. Their hardware
is: core I5 3320 and 8 GB Ram. Can it be the video codec h264?, does the
screen share works with the same codec as the cam?
