1) OM version
2) ffmpeg version
3) are there any errors (flvrecording_log DB table)

It seems I'm running into bit of a trouble here. I am not able to import
the .avi file from a session record, into any video editing software.
I've tried so far various tools, including Adobe Premiere, Pinnacle
Studio, Lightworks, etc. All are unable to read the file, both .avi and
.flv
