the issue I have solved was regarding: rooms_organisation db table
rooms are connected with user via owner_id and in case of appointment via
meeting member
it's hard to say what is wrong in your case
if it is allowed you send be backup privately (without files) and detailed
steps and I can check in

I have the DB backup. I manually loaded old data. Changed 3 tables, as
columns look different in 3.0.4.
However, still have a problem. How room and om_user are related?

I'm afraid it should be manually fixed in DB (I performed this for one of
the customers)
In case you have DB backup it might be easier :)

step, system looks working.
However, I found inconsistency in DB. Now relation between user and room is
not good. User tries to open his room but now can see somebody's else room.
