yes we know that issue and working on it.
In the meanwhile just do know:
chmod +x
/root/om/singlewebapp/build/openlaszlo46/WEB-INF/flexsdk/4.6.0/bin/mxmlc
on your machine and re-run ANT and it should be fine.
